Join us for Family Fun Day on July 25th for an exciting Parent vs. Child Obstacle Course Challenge! Bring the whole family and get ready for some friendly competition and fun.

We've also updated our fitness class schedule, so stop by and find a workout that fits your routine!

And don't forget to try our Smoothie of the Month, an Oreo flavored treat that's absolutely delicious! 🥤🍪✨
