The Product Support & Operations Associate is a key onsite member of the LNC Louisville Operations team. The purpose of this role is to facilitate customer and operations success by:

Managing inventory including receiving goods, shipping goods to customers and performing inventory counts
Assist in managing facilities
Operating within the Louisville Quality Management System (QMS)
Applying a deep and effective knowledge of Lifelines’ products and business processes to support customers in their use

Responsibilities

Inventory management

Receiving, packing, preparing and shipping inventory
Coordinating purchase and customer orders
Monitoring and managing inventory levels
Processing returns to the manufacturer (RMA)

Shipping

Use various shipping software to create incoming and outgoing AWB labels for orders and returns
Properly pack and label ingoing and outgoing orders, ensure a pickup is scheduled.

We love to celebrate women in STEM, why not celebrate one of the best. Swetha is in her 3rd co-op rotation with AdaptivEndo. She is currently a senior bioengineering student at University of Louisville Speed School. Swetha was recently awarded co-op engineering student of the year and also scoring top tier on MCAT. Swetha plans on attending medical school in her future. Way to go Swetha. Keep at it!

Every organization has a team member who coordinates the workflow and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. For AdaptivEndo, that person is Tamie Boone.

Tamie's background makes her a perfect fit for AdaptivEndo. She has many years of experience managing workflows and personnel at various healthcare facilities. Tamie wears several hats at AdaptivEndo, including: HR manager, workflow coordinator, facility manager, purchasing coordinator, event coordinator. Tamie's healthcare experience and can-do attitude has made her a valuable member of the AdaptivEndo team.

Outside of work, Tamie enjoys concerts, baseball, and spending time with her family, friends and son, Gavin.
