It was SUCH a privilege to sit in on a songwriters in the round this past week.
It’s overwhelming and disturbing what’s happening around us. As a songwriter I try to document MY FEELINGS on matters both light and heavy and hope they resonate with folks along the way.
This is a clip of one of my unreleased tunes ‘Stand Up.’ Let’s do so, for one another and in the name of love.

Starting over… a concept many of us are familiar with, while many (ME) try to avoid. As I think back on much of my life I’ve realized just that. I’ve tried to avoid, either the inevitable change that lies ahead, or more poignantly the discomfort of it all.
Writing songs has often been the way I can distill the thoughts and feelings into something perhaps more useful.
Songs are magic in that way for me. I hope this clip (tho short) brings a little magic to your day 🫶🏼
