Mighty Kindness is a community unity organization that elevates all that is kind for ourselves, each other and the Earth. Mighty Kindness hosts Hoots, or gatherings, that highlight the diverse offerings of a community that uplift in order to strengthen compassion, beauty, joy and vision. When we stand together in kindness, uniting to empower the helpers, we will find a community that has become a mighty force for good... filled with hope and thriving!

We’re excited to share that Louisville artist Kenyatta Bosman has been selected as the apprentice for sculptor Ellex Swavoni as she creates the new America 250 sculpture for the (Un)Known Project Sculpture Park.
Through the creation of this new sculpture, we felt it was important to invest in the next generation of artists by building mentorship, skill-sharing, and creative growth into the process itself. Through this apprenticeship, Kenyatta will learn alongside Ellex throughout the design and fabrication process as we work toward the unveiling later this year.
“I’m incredibly excited to be working alongside Ellex as her apprentice as she creates a new public art installation for the (Un)Known Project Sculpture Park,” said Kenyatta Bosman. “It feels wonderful to be a student again and to have the opportunity to learn from an artist whose work I’ve admired for quite some time. I’m especially looking forward to learning her sculptural process and exploring how working in three dimensions can expand and transform my own practice as a photographer and visual artist. This apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity for growth, experimentation, and deepening my understanding of material, form, and storytelling.”
