Core Responsibilities

-Case Command: Drive a high-volume docket with strict treatment compliance and zero missed deadlines.

-Rapid Evidence Acquisition: Lock down liability early by securing police reports, dashcam footage, 911 audio, and witness statements.

-Medical & Lien Strategy: Meticulously summarize records and aggressively negotiate health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and provider liens.

-Demand Generation: Draft compelling, highly detailed demands that weaponize liability facts, medical history, and maximum damages for attorney review.

--Client Advocacy: Deliver top-tier communication, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of their claim.

Qualifications

-3+ years of dedicated plaintiff-side PI experience (specifically auto/med-mal).

-Deep mastery of PIP/No-Fault laws, Bodily Injury (BI), and UM/UIM coverage.

-Ferocious attention to detail and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize in a high-stakes environment.

-Proficiency in modern legal case management software.

Something lawyers rarely ever think about is their actual track record.

People always love to ask me: "What's your victory rate? What percentage of cases have you won?"

Well, the definition of winning is different for every client. Sometimes, taking a strategic plea deal instead of risking a guaranteed jail sentence if you lose at trial is a 100% victory. Just because you didn't get a case dismissed doesn't mean you didn't "win" in the strictest sense.

Which made me wonder about my own jury trial track record...

To date, I've tried 55 cases in my 13-year career. 55. That's an insane number.

Every single one of those, if we had lost (and I've lost my fair share), the client was going to jail. In 55 out of 55 of them, jail time was on the table.

And yet, only 3 clients ended up actually serving jail time. 3 out of 55.

The other 52 cases? We either got a Not Guilty, or we secured a more favorable ruling from the jury than we got from the prosecution.

So the next time somebody asks me, "What percentage of cases have you won, Mr. Forman?" I can confidently and proudly declare:

A 95% victory rate. With a straight face. And no lies detected.

That is absolutely insane when you stop to think about it. ⚖️💯
