A night out at Ricky Bs

Betsy, John and I attended the Speed's program on Black Artists with ties to Louisville. Excellent program and they did tape it. It began with Ken Clay sharing the history of Walnut Street. The panel: Ed Hamilton, William Duffy, Robert Carter and Elmer Lucille Adams shared their stories of formation (teachers) and connection. Lots of humor and fun stories.
The program ended with a letter written by the panel and their families denouncing UofL's loss of their director who was also a strong proponent of diversity.

Several of us attended the Voces Novae concert, A Stop Along the Underground Railroad, at the Clock Tower Church in New Albany. After the performance, we were able to see the door used for hiding the passengers.https://www.secondbaptistchurch-newalbany.org/connect
