Winter Storm Bella to Bring First Snow of Season to Parts of the Midwest, Including Chicago,... Winter storm warnings are posted as some will see their first blanket of snow.

Miller Transportation/ Hoosier Ride has issued a service advisory for customers traveling during the Thanksgiving holiday period:

Please be advised that schedules are subject to change and delays are expected due to heavy traffic patterns over the holiday travel period.

Please arrive at your departure location at least 45 minutes in advance and allow extra travel time.

In order to expedite the boarding process, please ensure to have your online ticket printed and have your valid photo ID available.

We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance, as availability may be limited if purchasing tickets day of travel.

If your trip involves connecting service, or traveling to an airport, we suggest taking an earlier departure and allowing ample travel time in order to meet your connection.

In order to accommodate the increased number of passengers traveling during this period, buses provided on all schedules may or may not have all of the amenities (wifi/outlets etc.) offered during our regular travel periods.

Customer support is available by phone at 800 544 2383 or online on Facebook and Twitter every day of the week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Customer support will be limited on Thanksgiving Day Thursday November 26th, 2015.

Oops! We have run into a bit of trouble and your schedule has been delayed. Schedule 0353 operating between Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH has been delayed with a flat tire in Gary, IN. Service will not reach the bus until 1:30 CST at the earliest. This delay will affect departures from South Bend, IN; Warsaw, IN; Ft. Wayne, IN; Richmond, IN; Dayton, OH and Columbus, OH. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and appreciate your patronage.
