Happy Monday! Let’s welcome Chip #667 to the rescue!

Chip was surrendered to the Humane Society, but BPR was able to scoop him up.

We’re still learning about Chip, but we know he is around 7 years old. After his recent vet appointment, it was confirmed that he is heart worm positive šŸ˜–. He will be on medical hold until his treatment is complete, but send Chip good juju while he heals!🐾

Welcome back to BPR JaBo #665!

Are you ready for this one? JaBo originally joined BPR about three years ago. He was adopted, but lo and behold, he was recently found as a stray in Louisville. Luckily, we chip all the pugs that come into the rescue, so that’s how the shelter lead him back to us. We don’t know what happens, but his owner cannot be located.

JaBo is four years old and ready to find his FOREVER FOREVER home. Who could resist that face? Complete an adoption application at bluegrasspugrescue.org.

**When you adopt a pug from BPR, the contract states that you must return the pug to us if you can’t or won’t care for it any longer. We’re very sad that this became JaBo’s story, but we’re very glad he made it back to us.
