Focal Point Productions turned 37 years old this month. It’s crazy how time flies!!

Another great Vamily Reunion workshop with my client/friends from Valvoline. I think this is the 20th+ workshop I’ve produced content for. They have a great team and a fantastic culture. And they certainly know how to recognize and celebrate their team members. There was about 1300 of them at this show.

What a great time in our studios this week shooting new TV shows with our new friends from Cornerstone Wealth Management out of Las Vegas. Thanks MEG for another great experience!

We hosted the monthly meeting for the Original Highlands Neighborhood Association and found out about an exciting new hotel coming to the Highlands. Guest speaker Craig Pishotti shared the vision for the Myriad Hotel, a 65 room boutigue hotel, indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar. They are making great progress and plan to be open sometime this summer.

Great shoot with our new friends from The Holland Financial group. Thanks Mark Gaffney For bringing another financial tv series to our studio. The show will be airing weekly starting in March in the Tampa Bay area on CBS. The Hollands are a great family and have a great family business!

Social distancing in our studio, but still having fun with Renaissance Creative and Briggs True Texas seasoning. We are doing some old school puppetry to bring these spices to life for social media. If you need more space in your life, you have to check out Briggs True Spices!

We didn’t post anything in October and November, so here are a few things we worked on. Shot a week in Phoenix and a week in Marco Island with Valvoline, Produced over a Dozen videos for Valvoline workshops, picked up another weekly financial show with Mark Edwards (MEG) and the folks at Peak Financial Freedom Group out of California, worked on an exciting project for Thrive365, shot multiple days for Nazareth Home (thru Bill Stark - Stark Productions), produced videos for the New YMCA as well as the Urban League with Bill Bossier and worked with various agencies including Renaissance Creative, Red7E, and Quantum Communications.

Focal Point was fortunate to host Centers for Disease Control (CDC) leaders from around the country to highlight the research of the University of Louisville Youth Violence Prevention Research Center (YVPRC). Renaissance Creative shared strategies and marketing campaigns that target and promote youth violence prevention. Additionally, speakers from YVPRC shared their knowledge on the techniques used to gain a better understanding of the problem in the hopes of replicating the program in other markets through the CDC.
