Do you know how to make sourdough bread for your family? After our Beginner Sourdough Class you will definitely be able to do this! 🎉🍞🥖🙌 Whether you like the traditional round loaves or the long sandwich loaves we will talk you through the similarities and the differences in class. And you will be surprised at what all you can do after you learn the basics of sourdough!

Have you been wanting focaccia bread lately? This sourdough rosemary focaccia is my favorite one. It’s simple and delicious!

If you are local to Louisville, we are back to summer ordering! This means you simply go to our website and click on “Baked Goods & Mixes” and select what you would like from the drop down of items. We will coordinate a pickup day with you after that. We just added this lovely Sourdough Rosemary Focaccia to the list and are looking forward to adding some more new or haven’t been seen in a while items to the menu! 😉 Stay tuned!

Also, the teacher heart in me can’t help but point out the Maillard reaction of this focaccia. It’s on point people, on point! 👌😂🤪

UPDATES!! We realized the upcoming I65 closure in Louisville was going to cause some issues for our class location. So, we have moved this summers classes back to our home bakery location.

This change in location also means the class offerings, time of class, seats available in class, age of participants, and cost of class have all changed as well! Hopefully all in your favor! 😁🤪
