Pre-ROTR Luncheon Meetup

Thank you to everyone who attended the pre-ROR luncheon on Friday!

We hope those of you who came alone found a friend… or four to hang out with during the main event!

Heads up for the Pre-ROTR Luncheon Meetup - the sidewalk is closed in one section, so stay on the convention center side when you head to O'Shea's.

ROTR week update!!

Things to know:

1. The restaurant is Patrick O’Shea’s at 123 W Main St, Louisville, KY 40202 - it is about 7 minute walk from the Marriott (see the photo)

2. Please do not arrive before 11:00am - we don’t want y’all to have to stand around outside in the awful heat or anything crazy like that! We will have plenty of time to check everyone in and get you seated before the food is served.

3. There will likely be some people meeting in the lobby of the hotel to walk together - so if you’re a newbie and see people wearing book themed attire, introduce yourself and walk with them 😂

4. And that’s all!! Can’t wait to meet y’all on Friday! If you have any questions feel free to reply or dm :)

We currently have only 2 tickets remaining until we reach capacity for the event! If you want to purchase this is likely your last chance 🙂

Hello Everyone!

The tickets are now live and they are $35!

This year we will be in the Grand Loft at Patrick O'Shae's just a couple blocks from the Marriott! (google it if you wanna see the cool space!!)

That price includes appetizers, sandwiches, soup and other yummy things to eat. Plus, we will have a couple of games and door prizes to give away.

Come make new friends, see old ones, and enjoy some yummy food with us!!
