IRWA Chapter 25

One of the initiatives the Right of Way International Education Foundation has instituted in the last several years is awarding education scholarships to International Right of Way Association members, providing funding for education to members who may not have the financial support they need. Darcy Mendoza, SR/WA, R/W-NAC was a recipient of the Leaders Light the Way Scholarship, a $2500 scholarship in which she used to achieve the goal of obtaining her SR/WA.
