Jefferson County is now pursuing a "habitual felon" enhancement against Jeffery Briscoe to add additional prison time to any possible sentence if convicted. Meanwhile, Clark County prosecutors have begun the process of asking a judge to revoke Briscoe's probation.

These three men in this story will be released from prison shortly.
