Done a great job on this lovely home in
J-town yesterday. I had approximately 3,300 sq. feet to cover and we got it done.
You can see the difference a good wash makes on the pool deck. The wooden deck had drywall packed onto it but it was an easy clean. We used some detergent and soft washed it. No pressure!
Big thanks to the homeowners. Great customers.

Things that pressure washing companies should never be or should definitely be doing to your house:

(1) Using a pressure washer to wash your roof. Big no no ! This can damage your roof severely. If they are not soft washing your roof or siding with a softwash system then you likely have some one who is getting ready to damage your property. I use a pressure washer to soft wash with an ex-jet, but I control the flow and force of water through my nozzle and with distance.

(2) Leaving outside electrical outlets untaped. This can damage the outlet and potentially cause a house fire. Make sure they are taping up any electrical sockets and connections outside.

(3) Watering down vegetation and surrounding wooden deck or fences(especially if they are painted). The chemical we use, Sodium Hypochlorite or “bleach” will burn up vegetation and remove stains or paint if not carefully monitored. Saturating with water helps prevent loss.

(4) Doing a walk through. When we do a walkthrough with the customer we set expectations and identify problem areas that you may not have been aware of. We will also take pictures to balidate any previous damage for our protection and yours. If they are willing to forfeit a walkthrough with you then they are , to say the least, very unprofessional and will likely not honor any complaint or follow up.
