Say hi to Dallas, our Summer Intern at First Resource!
Dallas is currently studying Exercise Science at Campbellsville University, where he also played basketball. He’s on track to graduate in the Spring of 2029 and is excited to spend the summer learning more about the insurance industry and helping serve our clients.

With a strong work ethic and team-first mindset, Dallas is eager to grow his knowledge and gain hands-on experience while supporting the First Resource team.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll probably find him:
🏀 Playing sports or staying active in the gym
🎸 Playing guitar
💪 Weightlifting and exercising

We’re excited to have Dallas with us this summer and can’t wait to see all he accomplishes!

Say hello to Lydia, our newest Customer Service Representative at First Resource!
A recent graduate of the University of Louisville, Lydia earned her Degree in Marketing and Undergraduate Certificate in Sales in December 2025 — graduating a year and a half early! With 8 years of customer service experience, she’s passionate about making sure every client feels heard, cared for, and treated like family.

Whether you need help with your policy, have questions about coverage, or just need someone you can count on, Lydia is ready to help make the insurance process simple and stress-free.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll probably find her:
🏐 Playing pickleball or volleyball
🃏 Enjoying a competitive game of euchre with family and friends
🧁 Baking or creating beautiful flower arrangements

She brings a caring attitude, strong work ethic, and friendly personality to the team — and we’re excited to have her at First Resource!
