Update:

A vote was conducted at the IBT Convention today to remove the 2/3rds rule from the IBT Constitution. The majority voted YES to remove the 2/3rds rule. Now, the IBT can no longer force contracts on members.

This rule really effected UPS Teamsters in the last several contracts. Now, it's up to those members to get loud, active, and prepare for the next contract. These members can win strong contracts!
