We want to kindly but clearly address our cancellation and no-show policy.

When appointments are missed or canceled last-minute, it doesn’t just affect our schedule—it takes away time that could have been offered to other clients who were waiting to book.

We understand emergencies happen, and we always try to be understanding. However, no-shows and late cancellations (within 24 hours) have become more frequent. Please remember cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰

Moving forward:

• Missed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 100% service fee.
• Any missed appointment balance must be paid before booking another appointment.
• Clients with repeated no-shows or policy violations may lose booking privileges and be limited to walk-in services only.

Our time is valuable, just as yours is, and respecting appointment times allows us to serve everyone fairly. ✨

Julissa's expertise is available by appointment only on select Fridays and Saturdays- just for you! Saturdays, she's off-duty unless you've snagged a spot for her exclusive services.🌷

Born and raised in North Carolina, Julissa's bubbly personality brings both comfort and sunshine to Rayo Studio! She is often seen collaborating with Areli, the salon owner, to create stunning, one-of-a-kind looks for our fabulous clients.🌺

In her free time, Julissa enjoys yoga, spending time with her wonderful husband and family, and retail therapy of course!🛍️
