Once again Sonny suggested I make hamburger helper for dinner 🥴 so I decided to do the Mexican version 😂 made ground beef with potatoes and zucchini and cooked it up in a homemade fire roasted Chile verde sauce. Came out so good!

After working in a restaurant for a little over 2 years learning how it operates, it’s time for me to make my dream a reality. I’m officially working on my business plan and will be working on creating a wonderful menu for you guys.

My restaurant will be a bbq/soul food joint. When you think of bbq what kind of proteins would you expect to see? What sides would you love to see with those proteins?

What are some things you wish was available at restaurants around here, but aren’t? Any and all feedback is so very much appreciated 😊
