We are really proud of this flip. And the team effort to get this house looking new again. The photos just don't do it justice. We finished it Friday, open house on Saturday and, it sold Tuesday! This house got hand textue walls throughout a few walls blown out to make it even more open. New paint and cabinets from the Martha Stewart collection. New flooring, light fixtures, remodeled bathrooms complete with, new vanities and tile. Landscaping front and back, new plaster in the pool and finished with vinyl fence.

This house is ready for a new owner. I didn't get before pictures but it was pretty bad when we first got it. A fire damaged the bedroom and bathroom, smoke damage was in most of the rooms. Now it's like a brand new home.

Downtown flip house is ready for sale. This house has come a long way and looks like a brand new, well updated, and spectacular home.
