Came to try the legendary Hutchins BBQ today, and it did not disappoint. Only sorry our stomachs could not handle more. Brisket was fork tender, Texas Tw***ie was delicious, and the Mac n Cheese was so creamy. Rounded the meal off with warm peach cobbler. Highly recommend checking this place out if ever in the area. Thanks Hutchins, we'll be back!

The competition was FIERCE this year at the Hometown Throwdown BBQ Cook Off! 19 Competition Division teams and 7 Backyard Division teams battled it out and man was it close! A huge thank you to all our competitors and those that came to support them! As a result, we were able to donate a sizeable amount to the Merced County Spring Fair Heritage Foundation!
