Today I want to talk about dog exercise 💪 As you may know, this is nearly as important as following a low-carb diet.

But how much exercise does your dog need? Here are some guidelines:

👉 Puppies: 20-60 min per day. Some ideas are training classes, socialization with other dogs, or playing with toys.

👉 Adults: Up to 60 min per day. You could try taking a long walk or hike, agility training, or swimming.

👉 Seniors: 30-60 min per day. Try doing short walks, low-impact balance training, or a quick swim.
