Every child deserves a safe, stable home—and the support to thrive. The Emergency Child Care Bridge Program helps foster families access immediate child care, connects them to long-term early education, and provides trauma-informed support. SB 1051 (Menjivar) ensures there is no wrong door to accessing this critical program by allowing Bridge Navigators to initiate referrals, while keeping eligibility decisions with social workers.

Last year, our Healthy Teen Families program supported over 250 expectant and parenting youth in care—connecting them with reproductive healthcare, childcare, and essential parenting resources. With your support, we can keep answering the call, helping young people rewrite their family's stories.
