Our Los Angeles Sister Support Group meeting was intimate but POWERFUL. You never know what GOD has planned for you.🙏🙏🙏

Our Brother, Gustavo who is married to our Sister, Sandra gave his Testimony. He talked about serving a LIFE sentence at 18 years old. He also shared how his TRANSFORMATION started with his relationship with Sandra. She gave him HOPE that he will be a FREE man.

Their love story started "behind the wall" and continues over 10 years later at HOME.😘

We are GRATEFUL that our Brother took time to share with the Sisters and ENCOURAGE them on their Journey.

Ten Toes In resumed our 6 month Intimate Relationships 101 Curriculum at Avenal State Prison this month. We teach our Brothers the importance of HEALTHY relationships while incarcerated and once they are paroled from prison. We have 30 Brothers enrolled in our class and there is another 30 men on the wait list.

It brings our organization JOY when our Brothers are released from custody. Christian was a Graduate of our Program in November, 2025. He is now HOME working with his family business and spending quality time with his family (especially Grandma).

He told me that he is not in a rush to get into a relationship, he just want to enjoy the small things in life. I had the opportunity to take him to lunch and talk to him about his future plans. His Ten Toes In Family is so very PROUD of him!😘

I spoke about being a Woman of FAITH. This topic allowed me to share my TestHERmony of the challenges that I have faced in life and how my FAITH in GOD allowed me to overcome the things that could have DESTROYED me.

You never know how GOD will use you to make a difference in another person's life. My GOD is AWESOME.🙏🙏🙏

Our Compton Sister Support Group was POWERFUL!😘

Thank you to the Sisters who attended and opened themselves up to each other. Our Topic of Discussion was, "Healing The Inner Child".

Although women are the backbone of the world and are wired to nurture their children, Partners and others, they do it through tears, challenges and insecurities. A person's childhood can set the tone for who a person becomes.

However, a person can choose how they respond to the negative things that occur in their lives. Kudos to my Sisters who overcame adversity and choose to be their BEST versions of themselves.

At our Los Angeles Couple’s Support Group, we discussed, “Would You Rather...

• Would you rather have a partner who always tells the truth or always protects your feelings?
• Would you rather solve conflict immediately or take time to cool off first?
• Would you rather receive affection privately or publicly?

The goal isn’t necessarily to agree on the same answer, but to discuss each person’s point of view and reasoning. These conversations can help both parties better understand each other’s needs, communication styles, and expectations, while working toward a resolution or compromise that respects both perspectives.

Kudos to all of our Brothers and Sisters who are choosing to invest in their relationships!
