Garlic rice + Peruvian Canary beans + fried egg + Salsa criolla (lime marinated onions sprinkled with cilantro) & Salchipapas (Peruvian hotdog sausages and french fries with sauces)

Have you had Tallarín Verde? It’s Peruvian spaghetti made with a spinach and basil sauce. Topped with parmesan cheese and always served with potato 🇵🇪
Traditionally served with Bisteck Apanado on top (breaded steak), but can be topped with 1/4 or 1/2 Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken), or an egg, and it’s even great just by itself!
