This week's tip: When you hear self-criticism, ask: Who taught me this? Many internal narratives are inherited, not true.
Try this:
Challenge one recurring negative thought by writing an alternative.
Here at L.I.T.E we help people untangle truth from conditioning sign up for more tips with the link in our bio.

Join us June 27th for real conversations centered around Men’s Mental Health.
Helping to facilitate this important conversation is Christian Cambridge, founder of Caffeinated Fridays. A weekly co-working community that brings professionals together to patronize Black- and minority-owned cafes across Los Angeles while fostering collaboration, networking, and community.
He is also a finance and public sector professional. Prior to his career, Christian worked in the nonprofit sector developing youth programs focused on mentorship, arts education, leadership development, and after-school enrichment.
We look forward to creating a space for connection, dialogue, and support.

This week's tip: Notice what consistently leaves you resentful, tired, or numb.
Your body flags misalignment before your mind admits it.
Try this:
At the end of the week, write down the one interaction that drained you.
Consider the emotions it stirred, the dynamics involved, and how it impacted your energy levels. This reflection can help in understanding and managing such interactions better in the future.
Pass this week's tip along to someone who could benefit from it.
