Sunday sunrise helps to remind me of the beautiful day ahead. I’m enjoying our amazing 🌞, feeling the heat from the healing infrared rays of light. I’m accepting all the goodness nature has to offer. Taking in cleansing nasal breaths with the invigorating air outdoors helps open up the diaphragm and allow the release of CO2. All while keeping my tongue 👅 up in my palate for maximum benefits! 👃 ☀️ Do you ever watch the sunrise?

Sunbathing and straightening my teeth?? Oh yeah!!! Soooo I went to get my hair done by the wonderful .komihair and realized I wasn’t wearing my aligners!!! 🫣I popped them in as soon as I got home and will keep them on an extra day… 😬 *thappens ☀️

This is my “Oh 💩 I threw away my Invisalign trays” face!!! It happens to all of us. One moment you’re holding a crumpled napkin and the next moment you are throwing it in the nearest trash can. Minutes later… THE FACE. Luckily it’s very easy to get a replacement! It will all be 👌🏻!!!
