Meet the Chef
“I love how every culture expresses itself through its use of local produce and proteins. Food truly tells the story of its natives and celebrates life.” - Chef McKinley
After twenty-two years of cooking, Chef Bryan McKinley brings his diverse experience in multi-cultural cuisine to your home. His culinary journey began in 1998 at Catablu American Grill in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After two years of full immersion, Chef took to New York to work with a number of accomplished restauranteurs and chefs. Now, he has transitioned to private events, upscale dinner parties, and food styling for magazines and film, including Martha Stewart Living.
In September of 2005, he relocated to Los Angeles, working alongside two former chefs from Joe Pytka’s famed Bastide, Chef Alain Giraud and Chef Paul Shoemaker. In 2011, his infamous twice-baked sweet potatoes were featured in 805 Living’s November issue as a top Thanksgiving treat. Now, he has transitioned to upscale events, private dinner parties, and food styling for magazines and film, including Martha Stewart Living.
