After 40 years of incarceration, with the assistance and support of Re-entry and ST. JOHN'S COMMUNITY HEALTH employment of justice impacted people, every one can reap from the benefit of the tools that the RISE program provides for a successful and productive life.

Hello people's St. John's Well Child & Family Center, now called St. John's Community Health recently lost one of it's team but the program and it's team members continue to work hard to assist community members. Justice impacted and formally incarcerated come to see the team.

The RISE team is at the Los Angeles County Reentry Resources Fair today. Stop by at the Alameda Parole Complex from 9:00am-2:00pm to be connected with your California ID, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, employment and education links, and other support services!

Adventures with the RISE Team! This year we held our annual team building training at the Kindred Spirit Care Farm, a chance to reconnect with the earth, one another and what we aspire to bring to our community.
