We are hiking in the Palisades today. It’s been a little over a year since the LA fires decimated these hillsides. This entire area was blackened and scorched but it’s now blanketed in soft fresh greenery. You can still see (and smell) the charred wood poking through as little white morning glories climb up the slopes. Even with all the chaos going on in the world, it feels really hopeful to witness nature and how quickly it heals.

Not saying that tomato chips will cure your seasonal depression… but they do taste pretty summery. Do with that what you will. 🍅🌞
