Boundaries create freedom IF they are the right type of boundaries.
Self imposed boundaries can limit you. You know this because you feel confined.
Self loving boundaries will empower you. You know this because you feel free.
Choose wisely.

The tiny, ordinary moments that make everything else feel smaller.
This episode is honest. Tender. And deeply relatable.

Happy Monday! It’s been a minute since I’ve done a Mini Moments Monday post.
Mini Moments are quick tips to re-align in a short time. To get your mindset to shift quickly no matter how many times you fall off the proverbial mindfulness wagon
Today’s Mini Moment will focus on GUILT - Card Deck pull included.
Got Guilt? Do a Guilt Drop.
Guilt is giving someone or something the power over your peace of mind
Don’t Accept Other People’s Guilt - Just because someone tries to throw shade on you doesn’t mean you have to accept that guilt. Think of it as an offer you can refuse. Tear up the imaginary contract that binds your emotion to theirs. Throw that guilt away. Approach the situation from a neutral position.
Got Self Guilt? Drop that too.
G.U.I.L.T.
Give. Up. Investing in. Lost. Time.
Do you find yourself so busy taking care of everyone else’s needs that you have little or no time to take care of you?
Do you feel that when you stop and do something for yourself, you’re consumed with guilt?
Are you emotionally exhausted, physically depleted, and mentally drained?
Then stop ... and take a Mini Moment to fill your cup first so you can give to others.
Fill up your own cup. Literally.
You can fill up your cup with coffee, tea, kombucha, matcha, something sparkling. But take a moment, drink in tranquility, nourish you soul, quiet your mind, and savour the serenity. Guilt free.
Then you can go back to your to do list with a jolt of renewed spirit.
Fill your cup. Drop the guilt
