Still waiting for the “perfect” time to buy your first home?

Here's something most buyers don't realize:

People who purchase their first home around age 30 build, on average, about $119,000 more in net worth by age 50 than those who wait until their 40s.

Why?

Because homeownership isn't just about having a place to live. It's about giving your equity more time to grow.

Waiting for lower rates, a bigger down payment, or the "right" market can sometimes cost more than buyers expect. Every year spent on the sidelines is one less year building wealth through homeownership.

That doesn't mean buying before you're ready. It means understanding what waiting could cost—and what getting started could create.

If you're exploring your options in Los Altos, Palo Alto, or anywhere in Silicon Valley, let's build a personalized roadmap based on your timeline, budget, and goals.

📩 Send me a message to see what buying could look like for you in today's Bay Area market.

Most townhomes don’t feel like this.

Most don’t get flooded with natural light from oversized corner windows.
Most don’t have soaring ceilings that instantly make the space feel open and airy.
And most don’t give you this much convenience while still feeling calm and tucked away.

At 1099 Westbury Dr, it’s the little things that make everyday living better — the open flow between spaces, the private balcony off the dining area, the spacious primary suite, and being just minutes from Sprouts, Great Mall, golf, dining, and major Silicon Valley commute routes.

This is the kind of home that simply feels good the moment you walk in.

Come see why in person this weekend.

95131 is having a moment 👀

A few years ago, people moved here for “value.”
Now? It’s starting to feel like one of the Bay Area’s most underestimated lifestyle + tech hubs.

AI is changing the map fast — and North San Jose already sits in the middle of the Bay’s biggest hardware/chip corridor. Google keeps expanding nearby. More engineers are choosing to live closer instead of commuting across Silicon Valley every day.

And honestly…the lifestyle here is easy.

☕️ Trendy cafés and new spots keep opening
🍜 Incredible food scene within minutes
🛒 Costco + H Mart + 99 Ranch within minutes
🏡 Newer THs & SFHs that still feel relatively attainable
🚗 Faster commutes, less daily friction

By the time new brands, restaurants, and businesses start pouring in, the momentum is already there.

So what do you think — is 95131 already leveling up into something bigger?

Summer + ocean = the best combo 🌊

This Half Moon Bay Airbnb feels like stepping into the ocean’s mood.
Mornings start with fog drifting over the ocean outside the windows. By sunset, the whole living room glows gold. No packed itinerary — just that easygoing NorCal coast energy.

Right by Moss Beach, walking distance to Fitzgerald tide pools and the dreamy Cypress Tree Tunnel. Drive 10 mins to Pillar Point Harbor or Cowell-Purisma trail.

But honestly? Most days we just sat, watched the sea, waited for the sunset. And that was more than enough. 🌅

A little Bay Area getaway to come back feeling whole again.

The Bay Area housing market isn’t crashing — it’s separating. 📊

Across Silicon Valley and the Bay Area, we’re seeing two very different markets emerge at the same time.

Some cities are still seeing strong competition, rising prices, and multiple offers on well-positioned homes. Others are experiencing more cautious buyers, longer market times, and increased price sensitivity.

Higher mortgage rates, inflation concerns, and ongoing changes in the tech industry are reshaping how buyers make decisions in 2026. But one thing remains true: demand for prime Bay Area real estate is still strong where inventory remains limited.

Today’s market is no longer about “everything going up” or “everything going down.” It’s about strategy, pricing, location, and understanding local market shifts neighborhood by neighborhood.

For buyers, this creates more opportunities to negotiate and compare options.
For sellers, presentation and positioning matter more than ever.

The Bay Area market is evolving — not collapsing.

For years, people have asked me: how do you manage to dance 5 days a week with such a packed schedule? But that’s exactly why I dance. The music starts, and somehow I come back to myself.

Our annual performance isn’t just a show. It’s hours of practice, many days a week, all compressed into a few minutes on stage. And honestly, I’m proud of myself — not for being perfect, but for staying strong, healthy, and energized enough to keep showing up for both my clients and myself.

Special shoutout to my teacher, Ms. Lu. She doesn’t just teach dance — she lives it. I’ve watched kids grow up in her studio, from tiny beginners to college dancers winning awards and chasing big dreams. So many stories to tell… but for now, we’ll tell them on stage.

Sometimes dance isn’t about how good you look. It’s about staying connected to the part of yourself that still feels passionate, alive, and free.

So once a year, I dance just for me 🩰
