This week, our carving studio completed a carved Marble Holy Water baptismal font.

The font features a circular bowl, a conical shaft with classical moldings, and a square base with a four-way sloped wash.

Our team performed a 3D scan of an existing font to accurately match the original design and dimensions, then hand-picked a marble block match the existing, then hand crafted each element of the three piece assembly to perfection.

Another great example of the perfect balance between modern technology and classical stone carving.
