Funny Friday!! 🙃😆🤣
Spring is in the air! Celebrating the spring season with a Pokémon inspired mural.
Therapy Tip Thursday 💡
Struggling with communication moments?👉 Try this: Create opportunities to request(mand) for items through motivation!
Instead of handing items right away:
✔️ Hold the item in view or put it out of reach
✔️ Pause briefly
✔️ Wait for any attempt to communicate (word, sign, gesture)
✔️ Prompt as needed
✨ Even a small attempt = reinforce immediately!
This builds:• Communication skills• Independence• Confidence
💙 At Blue Path ABA, we follow your child’s motivation to spark meaningful language and learning.

1. Your Name: Jasmine Mitchell
2. Your Role at Blue Path: RBT
3. How long have you been part of the Blue Path team? I have been part of the team for about 6 months now.
4. What do you love most about your job? I love being able to help clients grow and see them accomplish their goals.
5. Share a feel-good or funny moment from work! one day my client started to make progress making more eye contact with me. At one point when I told him to stand so they could get ready to do peer imitation, he independently stood in front of their peers and made eye contact with them. This was the first time I saw them do that and it felt good to see that progress.
6. Tell us a fun fact about you! I really enjoy doing arts and crafts such as drawing, painting, and crocheting.
7. What’s your go-to way to brighten someone’s day? My go-to way to brighten someone’s day is small acts of kindness like helping someone with a task or gifting them a snack they really like.

2. Your Role at Blue Path ABA: RBT
3. How long have you been part of our team? 3 months
4. What do you love most about your job? I love being able to know what my clients need or know what is bothering them when no one else can.
5. Share a feel-good or funny moment from work! One of the best moments I’ve had at work was when I finally bonded with one of my shy clients by playing with the clients nerf guns in their back yard. It made my day knowing that my client finally saw me as a friend and not just their RBT.

7. What’s your go-to way to brighten someone’s day? My go to way to brighten someone’s day is by doing random acts of kindness. I believe that if I brighten one persons day then they might do the same for someone else in need.
8. Anything else fun or random you want to share? My biggest goal is to earn my masters degree in behavior analysis in order to become a BCBA.
