It's 2-stroke Tuesday and I'm ready for trackday Friday.

The new year brings change. Some new doors open while others close. For 2022 I will be working for a race team full-time. Over the coming weeks I will be finishing up bikes I currently have in the shop. I will not be taking in any new work for the foreseeable future.
I will miss doing the things I have done in the past but look forward to the challenges my new adventure will bring.

I got some baseline numbers on the RGV250 project. Weight was 307lbs with the fuel tank empty, oil tank full and everything else ready to ride.
The tuning is pretty far off on this thing. It is super rich and breaking up down low. I compared this bike to another VJ22 I did before and after tuning carburation and setting up a Zeeltronic. I'm not sure what to do next, tune this setup or dig right into the motor?

MotoAmerica changed the rules for Supersport for 2022. I had the opportunity to test some velocity stacks from Venturi Systems in a 2021 Supersport Spec GSXR600. I had to make some fueling changes as it was too lean with the stacks. These are very positive gains from a small change.

Todays 2-stroke Tuesday is an RGV250 you're going to see quite a lot over the next few months. I plan modify it for a little more power and try to shave some weight off.

It's 2-stroke Tuesday again. Today we have a super nice Suzuki RGV250.

One of my suppliers sent me these cool Japanese candies for Halloween.

Is 2-stroke Tuesday a thing? Well it should be. I just finished up a custom wire harness for this RG500. In the before and after pics of the harness you can see the new one is quite a bit tidier than the original.
