This morning, our Monument team spent part of our Saturday giving back at the animal shelter — and it was the sweetest way to start the weekend!

We had the best time lending a helping hand, loving on some very deserving animals, and coming together for a cause that means so much. From wagging tails to happy hearts, it was a morning full of teamwork, kindness, and plenty of puppy love.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up and helped make our Volunteer Day so special. Our hearts are full — and we may or may not have wanted to bring every furry friend home with us! 🐶🐱💙🧡💙

Monument Land Resources is looking to add to our team, and we are ready to train the right people. If you are organized, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in the oil and gas industry, we want to hear from you.

Previous title experience is great, but it is no longer required. We are open to trainees who are willing to work hard, learn quickly, and be part of a strong team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and build a career with a company that values professionalism, growth, and doing things the right way.

We will teach you how to:
• Research county records to determine surface and mineral ownership as well as royalty interest, working interest, and leasehold
• Review and cure title defects brought forth within title opinions or personal title examination
• Review, edit, and negotiate land related documents such as oil and gas leases, amendments, assignments, joint operating agreements, unit declarations, title curative documents
• Due diligence processes for mineral acquisition
• Prepare title reports

Now Hiring: Land Tech

Monument Land Resources LLC is looking to add a Land Tech to our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Industry experience is a plus, but we are also open to someone with the right skillset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities may include:
• Data entry and document organization
• File management and recordkeeping
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Support with project documentation
• Maintain accuracy & attention to detail

This is an in-office position.
