Zonta Club of Longview celebrates and appreciates our Board of Directors for their dedication to serve as leaders of this non-profit group. Thank you to Tequita Dudley and Tonya Waite for leading so well!

This year's Community Grant Award winner was the East Texas Literacy Council. They served over 500 students last year providing adult educational resources that allow growth and new workplace opportunities. Thank you for making a difference in our East Texas communities.

The 2026 Adult Women in Education Award goes to Ms. Ilse Schack. Ilse is currently seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. This scholarship is awarded to an adult woman who is returning for her education, a single mother, or non-traditional student. Congratulations!

The Zonta Club of Longview 2026 Z-Club Scholarship award winner was Ms. Kiley Salser. This award is given to a student who has participated in one of our partner Z-Club organizations, showing leadership and committment to community service.

At the annual Women of Achievement luncheon, the previous year's non-profit grant recipient presents on how their funds were utilized in their programing and gives an organizational update. It was great to hear from Executive Director, Roxanne Stevenson about their groundbreaking on the new facility.

Congratulations to our 2026 Young Women in Leadership Scholarship Award winner Kennedi Simmons. This a prestigious global scholarship that encourages and recognizes young women who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, active commitment to volunteerism, and dedication to civic causes.

Zonta Club of Longview fundraisers and events culminate into our Women of Achievement luncheon event where all of our awards and scholarships are given annually. We are honored to recognize our recipients over the next few weeks!
