The Table – Site Development and Parking Lot Construction in Longview WA

When The Table came to Longview, they needed more than just a building. They needed a site that actually worked. What started as an overgrown, unusable lot had to be turned into a clean, functional space that customers could safely access and use every day.

That is where Columbia Groundwork stepped in.

We handled the full site development from the ground up. Clearing, grading, drainage, and finish work. Everything it takes to turn raw dirt into something ready for business.

Scope of Work

• Full site clearing and vegetation removal
• Excavation and rough grading
• Drainage system installation
• Building pad preparation and compaction
• Boulder placement for structure and visual appeal
• Sidewalk support and finish integration

Before and After

Before, the property was overgrown, uneven, and not usable for customer traffic. Poor drainage and unmanaged vegetation made it a problem site.

After, it is a clean, open, properly graded parking area with solid drainage, defined edges, and a professional finished look that matches the business going in.

This is the difference proper groundwork makes.
