This month is for brisket burgers. A full half pound of 100% brisket, smoked, stacked with American cheese, and served hot.

Only here Fridays and Saturdays. Starts tomorrow, Saturday, August 1.

A month later, and we’re still smiling about Pops & Pitmasters.

It was a day full of good barbecue, cold beer, and even better company. Seeing so many families choose to spend part of Father’s Day weekend with us reminded us why we love doing this.

We can’t wait to do it again next year.
