Focusing on the individual needs and priorities of our clients allows us to tailor a real estate strategy with the highest possible outcome of success. TrueView is just one of many innovative tools we use to make sure we are giving our clients the best service possible. We're always available to take the very best care of anyone you refer to us. While we're not at the office or out with clients, you can find us singing, playing the drums or piano, cooking, baking, grilling, watching football, and traveling. We currently reside in Longview with our son. We bring a unique perspective to this business, through our backgrounds, longevity in this area, and ties developed through organizations and raising our children here. Our son is a senior in high school and is developing into quite an athlete, a scholar, and a good friend to many. We also have a four-legged girl, Amber; she is a most loving pitbull/boxer mix that we rescued. We have one daughter who graduated from Eastern Washington University and is currently working and living in Cheney, WA, and another who is a chef on a "floating moving van for Marines and their equipment" in the Navy, based in Norfolk, VA. The next time you’re poised to enter the market, we’d be honored to guide you through this important experience. We see our effectiveness as Realtors stemming from Brad's prior 25 years of work experience. In that time he worked and managed in the manufactured home industry and the home building industry. Most recently, he spent 8 years in residential and construction lending. It is this experience that built the foundation for, and led him into, real estate. I (Mary Ann), on the other hand, was in elementary education for 30 years as an elementary school principal and teacher. Our truest passions are serving and teaching those who come into our lives – whether it’s for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. It is our daily desire to help people navigate through the emotionally charged process of buying or selling a home and help them through the winds of uncertainty and waves of frustration, to ultimately see their smiling faces at the safe harbor of the closing table. It is all about taking new clients, building a relationship of trust into a long term business friendship and going on the adventure together. In doing so, we endeavor to deliver the best possible service to them, so that they know that they have been treated as we would treat our own personal friends and family. In the end it all boils down to trust, education and service and that is our promise to each client ~ that we will work to earn their trust, do our best to educate them and serve them unconditionally during and after the sale.
