Thursday trail run it’s happening tonight starting at 6 PM from Moberly Trail also known as Williams Lake.
Run - Jog- Walk as long or short as you would like
Plenty of route options available.

Everyone is invited. Bring your kids and let’s all stay active for a “Short” time of the day.

Sunday morning long run starting at 6:00am from the Longview high school. ( park on the east side parking lot across from the new softball field).

Running south on Airline towards hollybrook dr./Tryon rd.
Turn on Tryon and Hollybrook for 5 miles
Turn on Tryon and Janet Kay for 6.5 miles
Turn on Tryon and Henderson rd for 8.5 miles
Go all the way to intersection of 259 and Judson for the 13.4 miles

Tomorrow’s run is another step toward your goal. Every mile you put in now builds the strength, endurance, and confidence you’ll rely on when it matters most. Some days feel effortless, and some days feel like work—but both move you forward. KEEP MOVING FORWARD!

Thursday social trail run this afternoon , join us today for our Trail Run on the Mobberly Trail! We’ll kick off at 6 p.m. at the trailhead—bring your running shoes, and get ready for a fun run.

This hydration bottle was found this morning in the bush area at the old Woolley’s bike shop. If it belongs to you or someone you know let me know and we’ll get this back to its owner
