We had a beautiful morning of remembrance with our friends at Counting Stars Ranch as they hosted a 2.2 mile ruck for su***de awareness. The participants wore their loved ones names on bandanas on their arms, it was very moving to see how many have been impacted by loss. The message today was keep going, reach out, don’t give up 💙

Tomorrow morning! Get some exercise and remember those we have lost, and join with a great group of people and carry on 💙
