Born and raised in Longview, Cherika proudly graduated from Longview High School’s Class of 1995, where the values of hard work, pride, and community helped shape the leader she would become.

Her pursuit of excellence continued at Kilgore College, where she earned an associate degree before completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at LeTourneau University and later earning a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Education was never just about earning degrees.

It was about preparing herself to better serve others.

In 2007, Cherika began her journey as a licensed Texas Realtor.

Nearly twenty years later, that decision has helped countless East Texas families find a place to call home.

After earning her Texas Broker’s License in 2016, she founded Johnson Realty, where honesty, integrity, professionalism, and relationships remain the foundation of everything she does.

She’s also served with organizations including Leadership Longview, the Junior League of Longview, Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association, and numerous REALTOR® leadership committees at the local, state, and national levels.

She is also a graduate of Leadership Longview and the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, continuing to invest in leadership development throughout her career.
