Hang up and call the person / doctor back and then Ask questions only the real person would know to authenticate identity when dealing with anything like transferring money or making important decisions or for legal matters.

Also, this applies to political videos designed to cause flash mobs and riots - so don't believe any video - until maybe 7+ days later after it gets authenticated by multiple mainstream trustworthy news sources.

For anyone curious about VR (virtual reality), you don't need to break the bank and prices have come down like crazy since 2016. Phone scams on the rise!
Ignore ALL incoming phone calls claiming to be your bank, doctor, etc, regardless what caller ID says, DO NOT talk to them at all or give them any information, pin numbers or codes from your phone! Hang up immediately and call the direct number of your bank, doctor, etc to report the call to see if it was real or not and communicate with people and companies, Banks, doctors, etc ONLY by calling them yourself, never by receiving calls.
