We are looking for an experienced Tow Truck Operator to join our crew in Longview, TX!
Requirements:
*Must live in the Longview Tx or Carthage Tx area
*CDL
*Have a clean driving record
*Able to pass a drug screen and background check
*Team player
*Some mechanic skills
*Able to obtain a TDLR License
*Available to work Mon-Fri and rotate nights and weekends
*Able to represent company in a timely, presentable and respectful manner!
*Dependable

Last year at Austin Gray Memorial Scholarship auction, a game was played that I had never heard of but was fun for everyone…
I believe the name is “the poker chip draw” (that’s what I call it anyway)..
Anyway… there is a bag with poker chips inside that are numbered 1-100.
You draw a chip and you pay whatever the number is on the chip (ex. draw 1… pay $1; draw 100… pay $100)
The winner last year won a Golden Boy Henry 22… a beautiful gun!
This year we played the same game and we had the same prize.
BUT… the winner this year was a little extra special for me…
The winner this year that was pulled was #86..
that just happened to be Roy Evans 💚
Not only have the events over this last year with their family loss and the loss of my Austin Gray had us talking and visiting quite often…
But we have a long history anyway.
I was he and his brother, Rusty Evans’ baby sitter when they were kids!
So to say it was super special that he just happened to be the one to win this gun… that we decided to have engraved this year with AUSTIN GRAY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP AUCTION AND BASS TOURNAMENT logo on the stock and his favorite bible verse (Philippians 4:13) on the other side…
Is an understatement….

Runaway / Missing Person

The Longview Police Department needs your help locating a runaway/missing person, Lalita Davidson. Davidson is 15 years old, approximately 5’02” tall, and weighs approximately 120 lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. Davidson was last seen walking in the 1000 block of Eden Dr wearing a black hoodie with white writing, black shorts, and black shoes.
