when they are already going under the radar so they do not have to be regulated by anyone because the city of Longview allowed them to release their toxic chemicals into the water because the chemicals that they use are very dangerous and they are not looked at or even seen by the water utility company because they do not have them on the list and that is how they went underneath the radar to release all of this toxins without being liable to any organization or any government agency to watch over them
