Boomtown Industries, LLC is a growing septic installation and service company. We have been in operation for more than 30 years. We are looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming receptionist and administrative assistant to join our growing company. As a receptionist, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company at all times, while handling the daily responsibilities of a receptionist with efficiency and ease. You will answer inquiries, and provide information to customers and visitors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greet visitors and obtain name and other pertinent information for dispatch.
Answer and route calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
Accurately take and deliver messages if the requested individual is unavailable.
Scheduling
Over the counter sales.
Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.
Maintains clean and orderly office space.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Time management
Accountability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer service experience (preferred 1 year)
