And I’ll admit I’ve played that game too. 😬

June is Men’s Health Month, so this is your friendly nudge from one stubborn man to another: get the blood pressure check, the labs, the screenings, you’ve been meaning to schedule. The people who love you would rather have you here than hear “I’m fine” one more time.
