We’re looking to hire two Customer Care Advisors to join our growing automotive repair team. This role is the bridge between our customers and our technicians and plays a critical part in delivering a smooth, honest, and professional repair experience.

If you’re organized, communicate well, and enjoy helping people understand and trust the repair process, this may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and perform a walk-around visual inspection of their vehicle
Listen carefully and document customer concerns clearly
Create accurate service orders and explain the repair process in plain English
Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the repair
Work closely with technicians to manage expectations, deliver parts, and get repair status updates
Coordinate repair timelines and keep everyone informed
Make follow-up calls after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
Help create a professional, welcoming experience from drop-off to pickup

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable walking, standing, and moving around vehicles
Basic computer skills (shop management software experience is a plus)
Automotive experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
Positive attitude, dependable, and professional
