What a thrilling announcement! Vicky is no stranger to the East Texas birth community. She has over 20 years of experience and has touched many lives (and a 1000 babies) from serving families to investing in the lives of the midwives in the community.

This ONE THOUSANDTH baby is very special. She was born to Vicky's niece who was also the very first birth that Vicky ever witnessed when she was 19 years old.

We celebrate with you!! What a legacy! Thank you for the gift you have given this community with your many years of service.
