Since early Tuesday morning, Cowlitz Chaplains have been actively working with and ministering to the families who lost loved ones in the Nippon incident. We will continue providing services until all victims have been recovered and identified. Therefore we are cancelling tomorrow’s fundraiser at the Kelso Burgerville, and will reschedule at a later date.

We are excited to introduce our newest chaplain, Chaplain Jonathan. We planned to officially start him June 1st, but yesterday's Nippon incident changed that. Jonathan took time off his job to be at the AWPPW hall yesterday and today, and he may be back there tomorrow. As a chaplain, you never know where or when you'll be needed. Welcome aboard, Jonathan!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families affected by yesterday's tragedy. Chaplains Mario, Brian, Darryl, and Jonathan were at the hall yesterday and today helping folks in their time of grief. We will be at the hall tomorrow also.
